Matthew Gilbo is a senior attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law, where he focuses exclusively on Workers’ Compensation claims. Known for his results-driven approach and litigation skill, Matthew has spent his career fighting to ensure injured workers receive the full benefits they are entitled to. Whether navigating complex disputes or negotiating with insurers, he consistently delivers high-value outcomes for clients facing long-term disability or catastrophic injuries.

Matthew brings a valuable perspective to every case, having previously worked on the insurance defense side. He now uses that insight to anticipate opposing strategies and advocate more effectively for the injured. He has successfully managed high-volume caseloads while still providing strategic, personalized attention to each client. From construction and manufacturing to healthcare and transportation, he has represented workers across some of the most injury-prone industries in Georgia.

Matthew earned his law degree, cum laude, from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2019 and holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Georgia College and State University, where he graduated with honors. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia.
