Michael Foglio is a senior attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law Injury Lawyer, proudly representing injured workers across Georgia. Admitted to the Georgia bar in 2010, Mike brings years of focused workers’ compensation experience and depth of professional credentials.
Background & Education
Mike earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Mercyhurst University and his Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School, where he was a member of Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity International — a legal fraternity whose membership signals peer recognition and professional networking within the legal community.
Mike is certified in General Civil Mediation by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, holds a GCIC Security and Integrity Certification from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and has completed the U.S. Department of Justice’s State and Local Anti-Terrorism Training Program. He is also licensed to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court.
Experience & Advocacy
Before joining Bader Law Injury Lawyers, Mike built his litigation foundation across several distinct roles in the Georgia legal system. Shortly after his bar admission, he served as a Project Attorney with the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, followed by a role as Contract Attorney at the Metro Conflict Office, Juvenile Court of Fulton County.
He then spent over four years as an Associate Attorney at the Law Offices of Darwin Johnson, LLC in Atlanta, where he developed the workers’ compensation practice that has defined his career since.
Leadership & Recognition
Mike is Co-Founder of the A STAR for Ben Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization dedicated to supporting families affected by Salla Disease. He is an active member of the Georgia Italian American Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia Workers’ Compensation Law Section.
