Joe earned his undergraduate degree from Davidson College and his law degree from Mercer University School of Law, one of Georgia’s oldest and most established law schools.

He has also been a long-standing member of the State Board of Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council, contributing to the development and oversight of workers’ compensation policy in Georgia.
