Dagem Araya

Dagem Araya is a workers’ compensation attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law, where he represents individuals who have been injured on the job. A proud graduate of Georgia State University College of Law, Dagem is driven by a strong commitment to justice, equity, and community impact. His approach is client-centered and grounded in service, ensuring that every worker he represents receives the guidance and support they need during a challenging time.

While in law school, Dagem proposed a Racial Justice Initiative that expanded access to the legal profession for minority high school and college students in Metro Atlanta. His efforts reflect a broader dedication to creating opportunities and fostering inclusion within the legal community. He continues that work today as co-chair of the Young Lawyers Division’s Workers’ Compensation section, where he helps shape the future of the field and uplifts new voices.
