Natalie C. Foster is a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney at Bader Law Injury Lawyers. Since her admission to the Georgia bar in 2019, Natalie has secured millions of dollars in settlements for her clients and has successfully tried cases throughout metro Atlanta.
Background & Education
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Middle Tennessee State University before earning her Juris Doctor from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. At John Marshall, she served as both Secretary of the Student Bar Association and Chair of the Moot Court Advocacy Board, was an active member of the Black Law Students Association, and a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Her commitment to oral advocacy led her to compete in the Frederick Douglass Moot Court Competition, where her team placed first in the Southern Region. During law school, she also interned at two personal injury firms, entering practice with hands-on litigation experience from day one.
Experience & Advocacy
After law school, Natalie spent a year deepening her civil litigation skills before joining Morgan & Morgan’s Atlanta office — the largest plaintiffs’ firm in the country. She also honed her practice at Witherite Law Group, one of the Southeast’s most prominent personal injury firms, and at T. Madden & Associates, adding further depth in Georgia-specific litigation. Each role sharpened a different dimension of her practice across high-volume case management, client-centered advocacy, and strategic case development.
Natalie is admitted to the Georgia bar and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, enabling her to practice in both state and federal forums.
Leadership & Recognition
Natalie’s academic achievements were recognized through several distinctions at John Marshall. She received the 2019 Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award and was named 2019 Outstanding Law Student by the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers. She was the inaugural recipient of the Dynamic Woman Scholarship from the DeKalb Lawyers’ Association — an award given to a female law student who has demonstrated strong leadership and a record of community service and advocacy — and received the Avarita L. Hanson Scholarship from the Black Law Students Association.
Today, Natalie is an active member of the Georgia Association of Black Women Attorneys, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, the American Association for Justice, and the National Society for Leadership and Success.
