Jason Barrett Green is the Managing Attorney at Bader Law Injury Lawyers, bringing over two decades of courtroom experience and a proven record of high-stakes trial success. Since his admission to the Georgia bar in 1999, Jason has maintained an active trial practice, representing individuals and families in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases with a focus on delivering results through preparation, strategy, and courtroom execution.
Background & Education
Jason earned his undergraduate degree from Morehouse College before completing his Juris Doctor at the University of Georgia School of Law, one of the state’s top-ranked law schools. His legal education grounded him in the rigorous analytical and advocacy traditions that have produced some of the state’s most respected litigators.
Experience & Advocacy
Before transitioning to civil litigation, Jason served for more than a decade as a prosecutor in some of Georgia’s busiest jurisdictions, including Fulton County’s Major Case Division. During that time, he tried dozens of serious felony cases, including over 30 murder trials, building a reputation for precision, discipline, and command in the courtroom.
He has secured multiple seven-figure jury verdicts and consistently drives strong outcomes for his clients. His philosophy is simple: prepare every case as if it will go to trial, because that is what positions clients for maximum value.
Leadership & Recognition
Jason is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA), one of the most selective trial lawyer organizations in the country, with membership limited to attorneys who have tried a significant number of jury trials to verdict.
As Managing Attorney, Jason oversees case strategy and litigation workflow across the firm, ensuring that every client benefits from the same prosecutor-caliber preparation that defines his own practice.
