Michael Foglio

Michael Foglio is a senior attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law, proudly representing injured workers across Georgia. He draws inspiration from the legacy of his hardworking parents and grandparents, whose success was defined by their impact on others. Mike brings that same purpose to his legal practice delivering honest, compassionate, and results-driven representation to clients who need a strong advocate on their side.

Since 2010, Mike has focused exclusively on Workers’ Compensation cases and has earned a reputation as a trusted and effective attorney. He is licensed to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court and is widely respected for the trust he builds with clients and the communities he serves. His goal is always clear: fight for what’s fair and deliver outcomes that restore peace of mind.

Mike earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Mercyhurst College and his law degree from Atlanta’s John Marshall Law School. He is certified in General Civil Mediation by the Georgia Office of Dispute Resolution, holds a GCIC Security and Integrity Certification from the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, and has completed the U.S. Department of Justice’s State and Local Anti-Terrorism Training Program.
