Jonathan Gibson

Jonathan R. Gibson is a personal injury attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law, where he helps individuals and families navigate some of the most difficult moments of their lives. Before joining the plaintiff’s side, Jonathan spent years defending hospitals, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases. He also represented national trucking companies in personal injury litigation and defended retail businesses in premises liability claims. This background gives him a unique advantage—he understands how the other side builds its case, and he uses that insight to fight for better outcomes for the people he serves.

Jonathan earned his law degree, cum laude, from Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009, and his undergraduate degree with honors from Hunter College in 2006. He is licensed to practice in all state courts in Georgia and New York, as well as several federal district courts.
