JJ Timmons

James D. Timmons, Jr. is a native of Ohio and a proud graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in 1992. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from Mercer University’s Walter F. George School of Law in 2000.

After earning his law degree, James began building a practice rooted in advocacy for injured individuals. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience representing clients in personal injury and workers’ compensation matters—fighting on behalf of those navigating the physical, emotional, and financial toll of injury. He is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, including the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia.
