Workers’ Compensation
Christian Huddleston Hunt is a seasoned workers’ compensation attorney in the Buckhead office of Bader Law. With decades of experience representing both injured workers and employers, Chris offers clients a rare and valuable perspective: he knows how the other side thinks—and how to advocate for what’s fair.
Before joining Bader Law, Chris served as in-house counsel managing workers’ compensation claims for one of the state’s largest self-insured employers. This background allows him to anticipate employer strategies and guide injured workers through the claims process with clarity and confidence. His current practice focuses exclusively on helping workers navigate the complex workers’ compensation system and secure the benefits they’re entitled to.
Chris earned both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Georgia and completed mediation training through Henning Mediation & Arbitration Service. He is a longtime member of the State Bar of Georgia and has held several key leadership roles within the state’s workers’ compensation community—including serving as Chairman of the Georgia Self-Insurers Association and the State Board of Workers’ Compensation Advisory Council’s Licensure and Self-Insurance Committee.
Clients appreciate Chris for his calm approach, deep legal insight, and dedication to securing real results. Whether he’s negotiating a settlement or appearing before the State Board, Chris is committed to helping injured workers get the support they need to move forward.
